Lakes of Sils

The prat de dall in the lakes of Sils is one of the most significant features of the botanical landscape in this privileged spot. It is a semi-natural herbaceous area that develops on clay soils, often partially flooded, in the old bed of the lagoon which occupied most of the dried land up until recent decades.

Costa brava

Costa Brava is the coast in the area of Girona starting at the rock of Sa Palomera (Blanes) and ending at the French border; it is more than 200 km long. The northern boundary is the Roussillon Cote Rouge, a continuation of the Costa Brava, reaching as far as the Costa of Maresme. It includes three coastal regions: La Selva, Baix Empordà and Alt Empordà.

Montseny

Montseny is a massif in the Catalan Prelitoral mountain range. These mountains have been much loved for over a century for their stunning landscape and historical and natural value. It is located on the border between the counties of Vallès Oriental, La Selva and Osona, as a barrier between the Prelitoral Catalan valley and the plane of Vic. It is separated from the Guilleries by a fault.

Les Guilleries

The Guilleries massif is located in the corner between the Prelitoral and Transversal mountain ranges and it forms part of both. It is situated on the border of the counties of La Selva and Osona, in the area of its capital town Sant Hilari Sacalm. The Guilleries is a massif populated by oak (mainly mountain oak) and some cork, of a Mediterranean type, and holm oak and beech, of a Euro-Siberian type, although they have mostly been replaced by forest crops, mainly saplings and exotic pine and fir plantations.

The outdoors

To enjoy the outdoors, all our guests have access to bicycles, table football, slides and games for children. We also have a great swimming pool and a barbecue with tables and chairs on the patio to enjoy wonderful afternoons and evenings.
